Horizon Going Strong

As Motability customers see a rise in Advance Payments for WAVs on the Motability Scheme, Allied’s Peugeot Horizon - still with Advance Payment from only £150 - looks sure to remain popular amongst wheelchair users and their families.

Allied Mobility introduced the impressive Peugeot Horizon, based on the Peugeot Partner, in Spring 07, extending its range to four wheelchair accessible vehicles and giving a real choice to customers throughout the UK.

Motability Rush

More than 800 applications for the exclusive Peugeot Horizon were made on the Motability Scheme throughout 2008 and positive feedback came flooding in from customers all over Britain ever since the wheelchair accessible Horizon was approved on the scheme.

Two customers enjoying the accessibility of the Horizon are Kathleen and David Williams from Lancashire.  Kathleen is a wheelchair user and is delighted with the freedom her Horizon has given her.

 “The Horizon is brilliant, absolutely fantastic.  The ramp is simple to operate and the winch is great to use along with my power chair, “said Kathleen. 

Easy

“David finds the car very easy to manoeuvre and a pleasure to drive.  I can just sit back and enjoy the ride!” she continues.

The Horizon has also proved popular with scooter users such as Stephen Hare from Calmore in Southampton. 

Stephen’s mum Patricia told Allied “Stephen’s mobility scooter fits into the back of the car perfectly and the restraints are so simple to use, which is great.  As a driver I was used to driving an old, uncomfortable car but now I can enjoy the power steering and the great interior of the Horizon.

Thanks to the high specification level and continued ultra-low Advance Payment, Allied Mobility has high hopes for the Horizon in 2009!
