All of our accessible vehicles are designed and manufactured to meet stringent safety standards. They also offer:

• Easy access via lightweight folding ramps (some larger vehicles may have a passenger lift instead)
• High quality wheelchair restraints
• Properly fitting lap and diagonal seat belt(s) for all wheelchair passengers
• The opportunity for wheelchair passengers to travel together with other, able-bodied passengers

Advice & Support

As an Open Road customer you'll have access to a team of experts dedicated to ensuring your experience is as enjoyable and hassle-free as possible.

Open Road customers will receive:

• Advice on selecting the best vehicle(s) for your needs
• One-to-one instruction on using your vehicle, including wheelchair user ramps, restraints and seatbelts
• Customer support via a free customer helpline, available seven-days a week, to help resolve any unforeseen issue that may arise
• Nationwide breakdown recovery
