What is an Internal Transfer Vehicle?<\/h3>\n

An Internal Transfer Vehicle has a one-touch automatic tailgate release and wheelchair ramp unfold at the rear of the vehicle. Once you’ve entered the vehicle in your wheelchair, powerchair or mobility scooter, there’s ample space inside to transfer to the specialised six-way driver or front passenger seat and manoeuvre it into a comfortable position. If you plan on driving the Internal Transfer Vehicle, it’ll be fitted with personalised driving adaptations.<\/p>\n

What is a Drive From Wheelchair WAV?<\/h3>\n

Similarly to the internal transfer, a Drive From wheelchair vehicle has a one-touch automatic tailgate and wheelchair ramp unfold at the rear of the vehicle. The standard driver seat has been removed so you can drive the vehicle directly from your wheelchair or powerchair, using personalised driving adaptations.<\/p>\n

What is an Upfront Passenger Wheelchair WAV?<\/h3>\n

As above with the Drive From WAV but you would position yourself in the passenger space next to the driver.<\/p>\n
