Elle est vers\u00e9e par la CAF partout en France, mais malgr\u00e9 ses 16 ans d\u2019existence, un peu moins de 10 000 familles en font la demande chaque ann\u00e9e alors que beaucoup plus pourraient y pr\u00e9tendre.<\/p>\n<h2>Qui peut en b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier\u00a0?<\/h2>\n<p>Beaucoup de parents d\u2019enfants handicap\u00e9s sont forc\u00e9s de restreindre voire d\u2019arr\u00eater compl\u00e8tement leur activit\u00e9 professionnelle pour s\u2019occuper de leur enfant handicap\u00e9, malade ou accident\u00e9. Afin de compenser la perte de revenus g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e par ces situations, la Caisse d\u2019allocations familiales (CAF) propose depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es d\u00e9j\u00e0 une allocation journali\u00e8re de pr\u00e9sence parentale (AJPP). Cette derni\u00e8re peut \u00eatre attribu\u00e9e aux parents d\u2019enfants handicap\u00e9s ou malade de moins de 20 ans. Il faut \u00e9galement qu\u2019un m\u00e9decin produise un certificat m\u00e9dical certifiant que l\u2019\u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 ou le handicap de l\u2019enfant n\u00e9cessite la pr\u00e9sence soutenue d\u2019un parent \u00e0 ses c\u00f4t\u00e9s au quotidien. Enfin, afin de pouvoir en faire la demande, il est n\u00e9cessaire d\u2019avoir l\u2019un des statuts professionnels suivants\u00a0: salari\u00e9, travailleur ind\u00e9pendant, en formation professionnelle ou demandeur d&#8217;emploi indemnis\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>Le montant de cette allocation<\/h2>\n<p>Le montant de cette allocation est de 58,59 euros par jour ou 29,30 euros par demi-journ\u00e9e. L&#8217;AJPP permet aux parents de disposer de 310 allocations journali\u00e8res pendant un maximum de trois ans. Comment cela se passe-t-il\u00a0? La Caf verse chaque mois une somme d&#8217;allocations journali\u00e8res repr\u00e9sentant le nombre de jours d&#8217;absence pris mensuellement (limit\u00e9 \u00e0 22 jours), au titre du cong\u00e9 de pr\u00e9sence parentale. \u00ab Si vous vous absentez de votre travail pendant cinq jours au cours du mois, vous recevrez 292,95 euros (soit 58,59 euros multipli\u00e9 par cinq) \u00bb, pr\u00e9cise la Caf qui indique. Un renouvellement exceptionnel sur trois ans est \u00e9galement possible apr\u00e8s l&#8217;accord du service du contr\u00f4le m\u00e9dical charg\u00e9 de valider les dossiers.<\/p>\n<p>Un compl\u00e9ment de 112,23 euros par mois peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre vers\u00e9 en cas de d\u00e9penses suppl\u00e9mentaires li\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 de l\u2019enfant. Pour toucher ce suppl\u00e9ment, les ressources per\u00e7ues l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dant la demande ne doivent pas d\u00e9passer 27 219 euros pour un couple avec un seul revenu ou 35 971 euros pour un couple avec deux revenus ou un parent isol\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La CAF a publi\u00e9 une vid\u00e9o explicative afin de mieux faire conna\u00eetre cette allocation.
