Designed in consultation with wheelchair users the Fiat Freedom incorporates the latest in access innovation and is engineered and tested to the highest standards.
Economical to purchase and operate, the attractive Freedom boasts a one-piece folding rear ramp, remote-controlled winch and four point wheelchair restraint, together with ample side and front windows. Additionally, both driver and passengers benefit from a high roof, airbags, easy-access sliding doors and a comfortable, capacious interior – all ensuring that the Fiat Freedom is always a pleasure to drive.
One particular couple who are delighted with their new Freedom are Mr and Mrs Richardson of Essex, who purchased the car from Allied Vehicles, through the Motability Scheme.
After being house-bound for 18 months, Mr Richardson was delighted to regain the freedom to be mobile again. The Freedom has given them both back their independence because now Mrs Richardson can take her husband to the MS Society and then go about her daily activities.
Stewart Richardson was previously a mechanic and knows a thing or two about cars – so he knew what to look for when choosing the vehicle that best suited their needs.
Now, Joyce and Stewart go everywhere in their Freedom and comment: “We were very pleased with the service from our helpful representative at Allied Vehicles. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and we have been recommending the Fiat Freedom to everyone.”
