Allied Mobility is delighted to announce the continued sponsorship of racing driver Aaron Morgan.

Early career

Aaron has been involved in motorsport all his life. At just seven years old, he was introduced to the world of off-road motorcycle racing. Throughout his teenage years, he amassed a total of 72 trophies and was a regular on the winners’ podium.

He was steadily progressing through the ranks until an accident at a practise track aged 15 left him requiring the use of a wheelchair.

Road to Recovery

Faced with a long recovery, Aaron began his rehabilitation almost immediately with the same positive attitude and tenacity that had made him so successful on the track. He initially tried out new sports, including wheelchair tennis. After a chance encounter with a face from his racing past, he found his way back to motorsport.

Aaron commented on his period away from racing: “I was determined not to let my disability hold me back from achieving my dreams.”

BMW Compact Cup

Today, he competes in the highly regarded BMW Compact Cup as the only disabled driver on the circuit. He argues this doesn’t pose any disadvantage as, with the aid of hand controls, Aaron maintains he races “on a level playing field.”
