Freedom™ RE Key Features

A part of UK’s best-selling range of wheelchair accessible vehicles for sale, Freedom™ has an improved fuel economy and delivers an eco-friendly performance. The Freedom™ RE model is especially roomy for wheelchair users, offering additional legroom. It accommodates a driver, a wheelchair passenger in the middle row and up to three additional passengers. This means that the rear seats don’t need to be folded forward.

It features a two-litre EcoBlue 122 PS diesel engine with either manual or automatic transmission. It also comes with original Ford ISOFIX seating with heated front seats and electric and heated door mirrors.

Freedom™ also has an 8.25” colour touchscreen with DAB radio and MP3, Bluetooth® and USB connectivity. You can sign into the FordPass App and monitor your vehicle’s location, driving data and get real-time traffic and vehicle health alerts.

The Unique FlatFold™ Ramp

The vehicle’s FlatFold™ ramp is an easy-to-use lightweight ramp that can be folded into the vehicle floor, giving you extra boot space when you’re not travelling in your wheelchair. It comes with an electric winch and once inside, the wheelchair is secured by front and rear wheelchair restraints, lap and diagonal seat belts.
