Allied Mobility Attend Naidex 2025

The Allied Mobility team are back home after a busy and fun-filled few days at Naidex 2025!

Hosted annually in the popular National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham, Naidex is the UK’s leading event in empowering and supporting the disabled community.

Showcasing disability products and services from a range of suppliers across various sectors such as lifestyle, leisure, employment and education, whether you’re disabled or the carer of a disabled person, Naidex is a gateway to a fantastic array of often life-changing support and resources.

Find the Perfect WAV for You!

As the UK’s leading wheelchair accessible vehicle (WAV) supplier, this year, we brought along some of our incredible WAVs to Naidex, including the latest Ford Independence™ model, Volkswagen Vista™ and the UK’s favourite Peugeot Horizon™.

We also showcased the impressive Peugeot Inspire™ which enables a wheelchair user to either drive from their wheelchair or travel as an up front passenger alongside the driver.

To help visitors on their WAV journey, our expert mobility consultants were able to demonstrate the accessibility features of our wheelchair accessible cars, such as the free electric-assist winch which comes included as standard.

They also shared information on the best options available to secure a WAV, whether that’s leasing on the Motability Scheme, purchasing one of our new wheelchair accessible vehicles for sale, browsing our wide range of RAC-approved used wheelchair accessible vehicles or hiring a WAV for short or long-term.

What is a Wheelchair Accessible Vehicle?

A wheelchair accessible vehicle is a vehicle specially designed with the wheelchair user’s comfort and safety in mind.

All of Allied Mobility’s passenger WAVs come with a lightweight, easy-use ramp, privacy glass and an electric-assist winch, allowing the wheelchair user to safely and easily enter, ride and exit the vehicle from the comfort of their wheelchair.
