This year’s Allied Mobility event season is now underway with a handful of events taking place across the Midlands. We were at the first Kids to Adultz show just last week where we enjoyed a great turnout and now we’re looking forward to many more events that are taking place across the country in the coming few weeks.
Kidz to Adultz Middle
We were delighted to attend the Kidz to Adultz Middle event last week on at the Exhibition Hall in Coventry. These shows are dedicated to children and young adults with disabilities and additional needs as well as the parents, carers and professionals who support them. We took along two of our most popular wheelchair-accessible vehicles (WAVs): Peugeot Horizon™ and Ford Freedom™.
We are regular attendees at these regional events as it’s an excellent chance for us to chat with customers, answer their questions and give them some free goodies to take away. This was the first in the 2023 season for Kidz to Adultz events – we are looking forward to seeing some more of our customers at the next one in Farnborough this May!
Naidex
This week we’re back on the road at the Naidex show in Birmingham’s NEC on the 22nd and 23rd of March. This is going to be an exciting two-day event for us and we’re taking along a larger selection of our WAVs, including the Volkswagen Vista™ with space for five seated passengers and one wheelchair.
You can also find out more about our Drive-from Wheelchair WAV (DFW), the impressive Peugeot Inspire™. Inspire™ is based on the Peugeot Rifter with a host of premium features as standard including reversing camera, automatic tailgate and ramp release function.

Motability – The Big Event
In May, we’re back at the NEC Birmingham for the Motability show – The Big Event. This takes place in Hall 18 on 19th May between 9 am and 4 pm. This event showcases over 150 cars and adaptations and over 60 powered wheelchairs and scooters. There’s something for everyone in the family, including a children’s play area with a bouncy castle and face painting.
Pop along to our stand to chat with our mobility advisors and see about our range of wheelchair accessible vehicles. Our vehicle range includes our most popular WAVs: Peugeot Horizon™, Volkswagen Vista™ and Ford Freedom™.
