Record Crowd at Kidz to Adultz

Allied Mobility was once again in attendance at Kidz in the Middle, with two of our most popular wheelchair accessible vehicles on display. The annual event is free and part of a number of shows organised by Disabled Living which take place all over the country.

Held in Coventry, at the Ricoh Arena, the show boasted its highest attendance ever with 2,983 visitors pouring through the doors.

Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles

The UK’s most popular wheelchair accessible vehicle Peugeot Horizon™ and its host of exciting features had people flocking to the Allied Mobility stand. Horizon™ offers one of the lowest Advance Payments on the Motability Cars Scheme and is ideal for able-bodied and wheelchair passengers alike.

The new Ford Independence™ was also on display and attracted attention thanks to its extra space and stylish looks. Independence™ has numerous seating options available along with the low gradient, EasyFold ramp, making wheelchair entry and exit easy and hassle free.

Great Day Out

Our team of expert mobility advisors were there to answer questions and arrange home demonstrations on all our vehicles. Back by popular demand Twistina joined Allied Mobility to provide some fun-filled entertainment for our visitors.

Twistina, who specialises in balloon twisting, spent the day creating amazing characters, entertaining both children and adults. Her Buzz Lightyear creation will live long in the memory!

First Event of 2017

Local Allied Mobility consultant Darren said: “Kidz in the Middle was our first show of 2017 and it was fantastic to see it so busy. These events are always great fun and it gives us a chance to meet lots of new people.

“Our stand was extremely busy and visitors had the opportunity to see a small selection of our wheelchair accessible vehicles. We were answering questions and arranging home demonstrations throughout the whole day.”
