Terms and Conditions

• How to enter: To enter the competition, entrants must like or follow Allied Mobility’s Facebook page or Instagram account and comment telling us who they would bring to the Athletics & Para Athletics session and why. Only one entry per person is permitted regardless of the platform used to enter.
• Each prize consists of two tickets providing access to one wheelchair user space, intended for a person who remains in their wheelchair during the event, and one companion standard seat. Entrants should ensure that these ticket arrangements are suitable for the intended attendee before entering.
• Four winners will each receive one pair of e-tickets for a designated Athletics or Para Athletics session taking place on 29th, 30th or 31st July 2026 at 18:30. The specific session allocated to each winner will be determined by Allied Mobility and cannot be changed.
• Entries may be submitted from 13th July until 24th July at 12pm. Any entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.
• No purchase necessary and entry is free.
• Entries that are incomplete, illegible, unlawful, offensive or otherwise do not comply with these terms and conditions will not be accepted.
• The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
• Any entrants who do not comply with these terms and conditions may be disqualified.
• Employees of Allied Mobility/ Allied Vehicles Ltd and their families are not eligible.
• Competition winners must provide their full name and valid email address to redeem e-tickets via email.
• All prizes must be accepted as offered. The prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable and is not redeemable for other prizes.
• Upon receipt of the e-tickets, Allied Mobility will have no responsibility for arranging travel, accommodation or for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you whatsoever as a result of you attending the event.
• The winners will be chosen by prize draw based on entries received by the closing date. If we’re unable to contact a selected winner within three calendar days, the prize may be reallocated and Allied Mobility shall have no liability to or responsibility in respect of that winner.
• The winners will be notified via Facebook, Instagram or email, using the contact details supplied, on 24th July after 2pm. Details will be published thereafter at alliedmobility.com and Allied Mobility’s public Facebook and Instagram pages.
• The winners shall participate in publicity arising as a result of winning the competition and Allied Mobility will have the right to publicise the name of and the region in which the winners reside. The winners may also be invited to participate in publicity arising as a result of winning the competition. Allied Mobility may request permission to use the winners’ photographs, which may be displayed on Allied Mobility’s website and related social media accounts or in printed materials.
• Events may occur that render this Competition impossible due to reasons beyond Allied Mobility’s control and accordingly Allied Mobility can, in their absolute discretion, vary, amend or cancel the Competition and the participants/winners agree that no liability will attach to Allied Mobility. Allied Mobility’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
• Allied Mobility shall use and take care of any personal information you supply to it as described in its privacy policy, and in accordance with data protection legislation.
• Allied Mobility accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude liability of Allied Mobility for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
• By entering this competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• Details of prize winners’ surnames and counties may be requested for a period of 30 days following the closing date.
• This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook or Instagram.
• Allied Mobility reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these terms and conditions, submits multiple entries, uses automated means to enter, or otherwise acts fraudulently or unfairly.
• These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
